1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

The following data may be processed through this website. The site does not collect data through registration or forms.

• Contact data: your name, phone number, email address and message content when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Security and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit (server logs of the hosting provider).
• Cookie data: usage and interaction information collected only through analytics and marketing cookies you have explicitly consented to (see the Cookie Policy).
• Health data: health information you share with us through contact channels is special-category personal data. We recommend not sharing health information outside of an examination unless necessary.

• Keeping the website secure and fixing technical issues.
• Analysing site usage and improving our services, if you consent.
• Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights in possible disputes.

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, for compliance with a legal obligation, and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. For analytics and marketing cookies and for health data, your explicit consent is the basis; you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to service providers that host and operate the website, to legally authorised public bodies, and to competent authorities upon request.

If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, cookie data is sent to the relevant providers (such as Google, Meta and TikTok), whose servers may be located abroad. This transfer is based solely on your explicit consent.

Your data is collected automatically or partially automatically through the website, cookies and similar technologies, and through communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp and email.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under Article 7 and have this notified to third parties,
• object to an unfavourable outcome resulting from automated analysis of your data,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send your requests in writing, together with information that identifies you, or through the contact channels below. We conclude applications within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
